Take the printer OFFLINE press the TEST button for less than two seconds. Press and hold the SHIFT button while pressing the TEST button. Press and hold the BLUE button for two seconds. Press the RESUME button to print the Configuration page. Press the ITEM button until Print Configuration appears. Press the MENU button until "Information Menu" appears. Press the ITEM button until Print Diagnostic Page is displayed. Press the MENU button until "Self Test" appears. Note: This will be easier if the eraser end of a pencil is used to hold the button in. Continue holding the STATUS button until the printer starts printing. Press and hold the STATUS button on the back of the HP Jetdirect XIO card.
